Mmmm...sounds like a case of muse-itus, when your muse would rather play video games than stay up late and gossip with you about those lovely scenes that she so thoughtfully gave you.
Mine has a terrible case of the itus, she'd rather chat with me while I'm busy at work trying to meet deadlines. I find that if I start fantasizing about other parts of my story as if they were stand-alones she gets curious and has a terrible case of the jealous-finger. *giggles* Yanno, where she pokes at ya wanting your attention, "Hey! Hey! Lookit! What about this scene? If you put in this as a bridge you could work it into my original story. Really you can! Lookit!"
It might help, it does with mine, she'll usually pony up a good 3 to 5 chapters before she's off with the itus again.
