*snuggles back, sighs* I understand--I hate Lex being abused by everyone, too, and I certainly don't mind when he slaps someone down--he should. It makes me smile. And lord yes, Mikey is so sexy when he's being bad. As for the fic, there's a certain kind that I do like--angry, heartbroken, but there's still love at the core. I don't mind if it's a little twisted. *g*
In fact, as I'm reading these responses, I think what I really meant was, I don't want to see him turning into someone motivated strictly by hate, I don't want to see that friendship turning into hate. I liked them when Clark looked up to Lex.
You know...maybe what I really hate is Clark being such a fucking asshole.
