I always thought that I G Farben was the monolithic chemical company that made the cyanide gas for the concentration camps. It was split up after the war into smaller parts, one of them I know is BASF.
I loved the story, you even managed to make Victoria sympathetic battling with her vile parents. This is a Clark that is so secure he can deal with Lex and Bruce and yet not be a sanctimonious bully. I liked the shagging at the end knowing that the only viewer would be Bruce!
I know Whit is one of your favourites and he came out beautifully in this. In fact, apart from Edge and possibly Lana, you manage to make all the characters as complex as real life, even those which started out as bad, i.e. Harry, changed into a loving and loyal friend.
I'm still not half-way through danceswithgary's recs but won't go back to them till I'm up to date with your fic because I'm not that good navigating LJ. So, before I have a nap(!) I'll find more of your fic to enjoy when I resurface.
