First off, I am glad, actually that Bruce and Clark are broken. I kind of hinted at it before but really, it just shines that Lex is the one that was made stronger by all the pain in his life. Seems like Clark and Bruce learned to bury and conceal and not really deal with what has happened. Vengeance becomes all, indeed.
(Think I can see the fractures of Clark's soul in his eyes? Bet Lex does. Bet that's why he loves him so.)
Love that Lex is a true benefactor, not crippled and twisted. I know I said that but it really does please me. So often, he's the one that gets left behind, lost and alone, and he never deserves that. (Not that Clark and Bruce do, but they, at the very least, have one another.)
Again with the sex that makes me cry because it shows just how much they love each other. (Yay, Heinlein, too, I forgot last comment. Hee:)
Gosh I just loved this whole thing. I really really did. Thank you.
*gives you some Rat Bastard Root Beer*
(and many hugs:)
I love that it ends with Bruce at the Hotel. And the Beach. God, that made me bawl.
