Right? it's so stupid! We're supposed to be cordial and helpful, not flaming 'step on my face' assholes. I've had three(!!!) complaints last month from people who felt I didn't do enough for them--mind you, after I did above and beyond what Target required I do for customer service. Talk about going off! I swear, people look at me and get the wrong idea entirely.

when i managed video stores, people would try and drop their kids off the whole damn day while they went shopping!!

The fuck??!! Really?? People are truly shit sometime, aren't they?
