yeah, they did, the stores had video games in them, so it would keep the kids occupied.

one person i told it would be $25/hour to watch her kids, as we were a video store and not a babysitting service. (yeah, it was a REALLY bad day that day)

if these damn people knew how little people get paid, they wouldn't expect us to put up with so much shit. but it's like they act like it's our responsibility!

(give me the number to your target and i'll call in the bestest compliment ever... or if there's an email i could write to, i'll say i was on vacation, and came to the store and the most helpful woman i've ever met helped me.... i'm actually really good at it. hee.) then again, working in retail so much, if i ever have a good csr or waitress or whatever, i'll always ask to speak to the manager in person before i leave to compliment them. (of course until the words leave my mouth, everyone thinks i have a complaint. ;) why don't people compliment anymore??
