I hope that Clark has made peace with who Lex is because they need each other.
I think that the Clark who moved out is a very different person than the Clark who just moved back in (even if he doesn't know that he moved back in) He's a lot less small town kid now. He's more open to understanding that it's not all black and white.
It's actually kind of sad that they are both blinded by how deeply they are in love that they can't that the other feels the same way
