I hope Lex realizes that it's not a question of what he "wants", but of what Alexandra needs. Clark must have a saying in that too! And I hope Lex understands that Clark could only love him for him. I'm glad Clark doesn't mind to be the one who does the work, as long as he doesn't get hurt in the process.
