I'm feeling VERY spoiled right now (and enjoying EVERY second of it) after finishing this story... two very long fics in a short time. Two VERY powerful and emotional stories.
I honestly have no words to describe how much I loved this. All the emotions, the scenery, the *feel* of Kansas in this setting, the characters - everything just came through so much. And your fics are really making me fall more and more in love with Whitney too... even if he was a bit of a slut in this one. ;)
