First, let me apologize to folks--I haven't been ignoring you, I'll catch up on e-mail soon, and answer comments.
First the good news--my heart is a-okay! Actually, that's all the news. Friday night I went to the emergency room with chest pains, and here it is, Tuesday, and I just got home an hour or so ago. With a clean bill of health! I have some plague but not enough to concern my docs. My docs were all Indian and oh my god--man and woman--unbelievably gorgeous. Not that that's important.*koff*
So, what's the up? Whatchu been do-in? *GRIN*

OOOh Roxy! (((Hugs hard!))) Don't know what your diet's like, but i just found out i have rather high blood pressure and high cholesterol, and started reading labels and actually measuring servings, and discovered i'd been getting my daily allowance of cholesterol IN MY MORNING COFFEE! that's without even eating anything at all!! so ... motivation time. Something to think about, huh?
