I callously used the man to set up the premise of the story, I'm fast forwarding through time so we won't really see Clark and the Kents trying to deal with what happened. Now, they're living with it. My focus is more on the loss of his powers and how it affects subsequent events. Also, for this story, we'll say the bits of kryptonite in him aren't going to kill him. As you know, on SV, sometimes,a heavy layer of cotton is all Clark needs to protect him from greenK.(that, and not knowing it's there...) *G*
There was no blonde boy, but you know, damn--that would have been a pretty good way to go, too!
