my friends--those of you who are following Mariposa--the rest of you can go sit by the fire, there's hot chocolate and s'mores for you guys-I'm going to post this next bit even though it's not gelling the way I'd like it to. But if I don't post it now, I'll be stuck, and it'll be another week before it's posted, and the part after this is already falling into place. You guys are patient like that, I know.
