When he doesn't right away she gets teary-eyed; then she goes to the father of her baby, the man that she says at various times that she loves, tells this man that she doesn't love him all the way - I love you BOTH, but is willing to settle and marry him. Really, are you sure...what if Clark changes his mind??!?
