Wow - I can see why you have a time with this section (and sections to come). A lot of things flowed from Lex being in Smallville (as an aside you would think that those tools in Smallville would realize how much Lex saved all of their bacons... I'm just saying), without Lex's presence Smallville would/will be a ghost town. Now I am really curious about how you are going to get Lucas in to town.
Clark's life is changing so fast - Whitney, coming out, the baby, Chloe leaving - I hope that he's ready to deal with all of this, and I hope that he comes out of this ready of *cough Lex cough* (heeeee). I like what you are setting up with the baby - I really hope that this Baby Kent makes it - Clark's reaction is very on point, not only with him being adopted but also with all the issues stemming from coming out and the molestation.
*sigh* Whitney is such a good guy. I hope that he doesn't wind up in the Army and dead. I wish that his parents were better, but I actually really respect him for going back and trying - I really hope this doesn't backfire on him. At least he knows that he has options.
Now I am wondering why LuthorCorp is pulling out of Smallville....
