Oh, I adore that Whitney is going to try to go back to his parents because he feels it's the right thing to do. And this makes Clark love him even more. *heart breaks into itty pieces*
I'm just...really feeling for them. And the more I read about their journey, the less interested I am for Lex to get involved in the story. Except, I have a sneaking suspicion that Whitney is going to join up anyway and still get his ass blowed up. Clark will be grieving and so vulnerable then, and Lex would most likely be there to pick up a piece or two...AND DON'T LET WHIT GET BLOWED UP! *sobs*
