You know I can't even enjoy when something good is going on for a character in this story because I'm clenching my hands and nervous and waiting for it all to go to hell. Run Clark! Jake is trouble. Lex needs to find him and save him right now please!
I guess this update is as good a place as any to mention that I friended you recently because I got tired of stalking your journal for fic updates:) I feel like I may have commented on some of your other fic, but I can't remember for sure and my resolution for the new year was to show more appreciation for the people who make fandom so awesome and even if I already said it, it bears repeating that I've really enjoyed reading all of your work over the last couple of months. My absolute favorite thing by you was your historical AU set in Mississippi during the civil rights movement. I've never seen a slashy vibe between Clark and Pete but I really bought their chemistry there and I thought you perfectly captured the atmosphere and mood of the South.
