What does "being all Clark" involve? Looking unearthly pretty? Acting kind of stupid? Compulsive lying?

I've read some things that make me...scared.

So far I'm just working through

killabeez and

esorlehcar's recs lists, so I haven't stumbled across enough badfic to notice, really. Sometimes Dean cries a lot, I guess, or talks about his *feelings* in words of 2 syllables or more ... and then there are the ones where Sam is a selfish meaniepants, which--wha? (Your Sam, of course, is just one big hormone who wants to make Dean happy -- he's only teasing because he *has* to. I'm so glad I'm not 15 any more.)
