Gorgeous, heart-rending chapter! And everybody's hurting in this one, on stage or not: Alex, Clark, Bruce, Wade, Walt, even Wallman. *cries* Bad, bad things are coming, and I fear for our guys. (No, I don't count Wade or Wallman among the woobies.) Alex and Clark and Bruce -- and maybe Pete -- really need to get together, pool information, and decide how to deal with this before the war breaks out.... *wibbles*

Oh, and I have to ask: was Morgan Edge the one who gave Wade the mother-of-pearl cigarette lighter? *shudders*
