Ohhh, I figured out what is going on. This is pre-Smallville so far, right? Lionel is about to send Lex into "Exile" as a way to help him - get him away from drugs and Bruce, etc.
This is so cool, although I am shocked by a nice Lionel. Of course I was also surprised it was Lex that was hurting so much.
I am looking forward to more and the best part is I don't have to wait. It is only a click away (singing in Little Orphan Annie's voice).
