Ha! My eyes actually turned into little saucers there--I wish! Mmmmm!
It makes me happy that no one was seen as the bad guy. There were times that I felt Sam might have come off a little unsympathetic, but he had a lot of anger he was dealing with, not to mention at that age, it's pretty much "all about me, all the time", kind of thing. I'm glad you enjoyed this, because that makes me feel that perhaps a totally self-indulgent fix-it-a-little story might just be okay? :)
