Wow, from start to finish, this story was incredible. Poor Patrick. This is why the Winchesters don't exactly have a lot of friends. These boys are too wrapped up in each other to be good for anyone else, and it's not good for *them* either.
Your story left me with an aching heart, and also reinforced for me once again why I think leaving for college was the smartest thing Sam ever did, and why the demon was just that much more of an evil sonofabitch for ruining that for him. You see that, you've got me all riled up and on my soapbox again. *shakes fist*
Seriously though, I loved following this story. I was on the edge of my seat watching you unfold it all, and everything each character did made complete sense as soon as they did it but I still never knew what they were going to do beforehand.
