if you scroll down the list, they should have one for SPN. and if you follow that one, i think, that entry has several LJ SPN communities listed. I am just not sure, which ones are active, so i am afraid you have to look for yourself around a bit there.
but the newbieguide is also useful for lots of fandoms, like to look where to look as a beginner :)
