SV BIG BANG!

Smallville's BigBang is out of the gate! Though I cringe a bit (failure face), I'm excited to read what folks have come up with! I want recs, y'all!! Hit me!

I'm also planning to post my BB failure. I started to post it a IJ, but since then, i've reworked bits of it--really not too very different than what I have at IJ, but I'm more pleased with it. I'm having tremendous difficulty writing Clark--probably because he's not really Clark, but he still has to be Clark, you know what I mean? I know!!! Me either!

Anyhoo, next up, my SpN Cali WIP, which is closer to finished, yay! :)

I think I totally know what you mean about Clark. Maybe. *squints* Mine's being a pain in the ass, too, so perhaps it's just the nature of the alien. Good thing he's pretty. . .

Me sad about story end, though. *pouty failure face*

I feel really bad that I didn't get mine done. Crappy real life, busy betas, etc. I'll still finish, it just won't be official. Sucks because I certainly managed the wordcount (since I was finishing/editing something I've been writing for 5 fucking years...)

I'm sorry you didn't get your fic done for the BB, but you know I'm still excited to read it. Even if I have to start from the beginning again. ;)

Makes sense to me. Anything set in the recent seasons is basically an AU with OOC people anyway. None of the show makes sense. And the fandom is so divided it'd be tough to please everyone. (not that I don't think your writing is good enough, but you know what I mean--and a total AU is totally different, too, if that's what you've been working on)

I mean, anything where Clark wears something other than a blue t-shirt is basically OOC at this point.
