Woohoo! I've been falling behind in my reading so only now got to this (I have this "best for last" mentality). Anyways, it was so interesting to see Lex falling apart as his stubbornness towards Kal played out. And then when he finally breaks, he is richly rewarded with something he hasn't known for all too long - the beginning of friendship. I can't wait to see what else Kal can do. My mind tends to think NC-17 thoughts when I read a line like that!
