Hear, hear! That's one of the 2 reasons I don't read SPN spoilers at all. Including casting spoilers: there's too damn much whining going on.
It's possible I'd watch it even if Sam and Dean became supporting characters Hmm, interesting. I don't know how that would go, but I would certainly watch if the boys were part of an ensemble. Plus, poor J&J would get more sleep!
