And if that pans out, the screams of horror and rage will deafen us all, and the fandom will implode, turn on each other and eat the babies, burn down the women, rape the men and enslave the villages. Or something like that.
Doesn't that happen to the fandom every few months anyway? *eg*
I'm kind of disappointed by the news of a new season. If it meant they were fleshing out the Lucifer plot line, doing something like s1, or like you suggested having them retire/train a new set of hunters, I'd be more excited.
