Yes, Dean's coloring (I don't know what Jensen looks like un-made-up) is definitely peaches and cream. Very warm and, um, ripe. As opposed to roses and milk, at the cool end of the continuum, often with blue eyes rather than green. And then there's the occasional in-between, like Steven Pacey, with eyes almost blue-green: strawberries and half-and-half.
