Oh my! It's like getting another Christmas present!

Thank you so much--I'm glad you found the story interesting! I thought it would be interesting to sort of reverse the boy's roles, with Dean as the one who had the "normal" life and Sam as John's soldier, and then play with the creation of the Colt. It ended up being rather a lot more story than I initially planned, heh!
