9/30/10 05:22 pmHey everybody! I made fried chicken, come on over!! Bring a side dish though--I crapped out after the chicken...it's actually oven fried chicken, but it still tastes good! Had the day off, so on my days off, I cook. Such as it is. :)

I bought some amazing cornbread yesterday - I usually only like mine but the local bakery had yummy cornbread!
Hmmmm - dessert - chocolate cake is classic w/cream cheese frosting!

Whip and pour into a graham cracker crust. Chill and then nom nom nom. :D
