It's a great story, starts off kind of funny and silly before poking you in the heart. It’s got an adorable Cas, and what an ending--*plus*! Christopher Lee as a curmudgeonly a-hole God. (no really, you have to read it!)

this is about falling out through misunderstanding and the 'ugly duckling into a swan' thing, but not. And it's practically perfect. Which is why I loved it. :)
The Iron Tongue of Midnight by zara_zee
case fic, the pilot AU, *and* a hooker fic. What's not to love? Sam and Dean are not brothers in this fic. I like stories like that too.
