dorothy was interesting--the actress got that 30s-style, tough girl thing perfectly!

Yeah, that movie kind of creeped me out in that way I just had to watch. *shiver*

Heeeee!

Well, to be fair.... When the witch's feet curled up after Glenda took the shoes, i was a bit creeped out. I also really didn't like the Wicked Witch's soldiers. And the scene in the forest when the flying monkey's grabbed them *was* scary. :)

But still - i so loved that movie!

My Tumblr friend, the new convert to SPN, is flooding my dash with gifsets and so on. Also showing me clips from seasons ago, like Cas killing the homophobic preacher while apparently embodying god. I'll ask her what the latest is and maybe figure out why Dorothy Gale is so startled. ;)

Gots me no Cas icon, so here's Alex Krycek.

Lol! New converts are the best!

This season is really good--only four shows in but all of them have been pretty darn good. SpN has managed to keep the show consistently interesting for the 9(!!!) years its been on.

The Men of Letters have a Batphone. That makes me insanely happy, as does Baby having a home. The evil witch was WTFingly eccentric and her scene with Crowley was perfection. And Dean and Sam looked wonderful. And Charlie. I love Charlie. So...yeah. Best episode ever??? Not even close. Made me smile and drool over the hotness of the brother's Winchester? Yup.

I love how he calls her Baby now--I don't remember that from early seasons.
Crowley made me scream with laughter--"HIIIIIIIISSS!!!" LOL!!!!

The garage made me smile--Dean needs to drive the T-bird!

It was a fun ep--there were laughs, mild chills, little angst and some nice wincest-ish overtones--I approve!

That was just *fun*, something that's been sorely lacking for awhile now. Also, I was so glad to hear the rock music at the end. I mean, it sounds kind of stupid, but I really miss that classic rock vibe from the early seasons. So, indeed--awesome fucking ep!

Me too! I realized watching the old eps how far we've gone from that--more classic rock!!!
