I can't believe I forgot the December meme thingy!! I feel bad about that because my LJ was actually interesting for the last few days. I'll make up for these last few days by posting them tomorrow. RL is kicking my butt, like a ton of other folks right now. It's a tough time of year for retail workers, not to mention those of us driven to make Christmas memorable for our families. I'm starting to think that this year I'm going to make it memorable for the Fam by dragging the fucking tree out to the driveway, setting that bitch on fire and dancing around it buck naked. Not to worry, the flames will keep me warm.

There will also be thank-yous for cards--I got cards!!! :D

I used to get to that stage pretty much every year. Now I just say fuck it. The stuff that needs to get done always gets done and I am not driving myself nuts anymore.

Now I cannot fairly offer advice as I haven't out up a tree in 15 years but I think setting it on fire might prove :A. highly fun and stress reducing B. A video worthy moment and C. A new way for your family to bond over the holiday!
