I too am inclined to vote for wolves because everyone elsewsnts dragons( and because I love wolves ;0)
But I know anything you do would be awesome.

YES! Um, both. But if only one, then wolves. Because--wolves. Giant, panting, muscle-y, heat-rolling-off, steaming in the snow, head down, eyes looking up at you from under heavy brows, thick soft ruff you can dig your fingers into and hold on, slowly waving plume of a tail, mile-eating loose-muscled gait, big feet (with furry toes!) happy puppypile playing, deadly snarling protectors, wolves!
