I've narrowed down my BB to 2 efforts--a domestic Sam/Dean fic, and a J2 sort of kind of werewolf story. Ya'll know me, I can take any trope and suck the juices right out of it. I'm keeping the J2 post apoc thingy on the backburner. I have plans for it but I don't think it's going to work for a BB. I'm off for the next few days, so I can work on a couple of things. I've got another ficlet in the MOL story, sort of a bridgey thing. I just need to work up the nerve to post.

What do you guys think? The werewolf story doesn't have any porn in it and the domestic story has just a wee bit. I don't porn like I used to. *siiiiiiigh* Sometimes...I'll read a whole story before I realize that there's no porn in it!

Hahahaah! Hey, some stories want the porn and some don't. Sam and cas in Prince Incognito only got a little porn. The olympic comment meme fill I'm doing is nothing BUT porn. It just varies by story.

It's a tough choice - I think both the domestic fic and the wolfie fic sound good! (Lotta help, I know...sorry!!!)

I only have a tiny bit on my BB so far, but somehow I'm doing this PWP first...hopefully I'll finish it this weeknd and get down to business!

The wolf fic is crazy--there's a shitload of backstory and stuff and I have NO idea what Jensen's role is in this at all! I only just figured out that he's maybe a werewolf and Jared might actually be a shifter and I'm 7000 words into the story. 7000 words that are by no means chiseled in stone, LOL! I'm writing this because I'm curious to see where it's gonna go! :D :D

Sometimes you gotta write a helluva lot of backstory to find your way to the plot, IJS. What's hard for me is figuring out what IS backstory once the plot finally makes an appearance.

I don't actually have a pref between domestic Sam and Dean--or Sam/Dean (or Dean/Sam, for that matter). I actually love that stuff, especially if they're forcibly retired, by age or injury. But I love ambiguous werefic, too. And of course, just point me to a roxy!fic and hand me a spoon, and I'm happy.

I know, so much help. Basically you can't go wrong with either. But here's the thing. With all the backstory, it sounds like this one might be more fun as a WIP--which, yay! Doses to keep us all intrigued and interested. And then the other as your BB. Just...*some* kind of tie-breaker, right?

As for the porn, well. Preaching to the entirely wrong choir here. I'm the one who had to post warnings for no porn, the one who has to remember to *add* porn. I'm here for the characters and the story. If there's porn, fine! If not? Good characters and story still win.

Yeah, I've been juggling all the ideas and the backstory I have in mind and letting the story tell me what's what. Now I just have to figure out why, lol! The ideas are leading me into having some of the CW players in the fic.

WIPs--oy, I'm afraid to post WIPs anymore. I run out of steam too easily. What I need to do is take one day and just look at all the stuff I have going and decide once and for all. And stop worrying about the porn. ;)
