I agree it was a great ep!

But I have a continuity question: Did Dean at one point in the ep express surprise that Crowley had a son? After they actually used the son's ghost to find Crowley's bones and blackmail him?

Me too! It went by really fast, like a throwaway line. What I WANT to believe is that Crowley saving his son created an alternate time line in which Sam and Dean didn't call the son's ghost to find the bones to blackmail Crowley (in the house that Jack built), But I'm not sure if I trust the current writer's to be that deep. What do you think?

I don't trust the most of the current writers to find their ass with two hands and a map. I feel a bit like I did watching SV sometimes. Thank goodness that Jared and Jensen and Misha and the other semi-regulars are so freaking good at what they do.
