a cry for help!

eta: omg, one more edit and I'm gonna smack the hell out of me!

I cry easily these days. Seriously, I cried watching one of those Minion short movies at youtube. Not even a gentle little sniffle--nah, like full-out, head-desk crying, coughing up snot and stuff. I cry reading fanfic, I cry because my delicate feelings get hurt, I cry because my co-workers are stupid, I cry because I can't kill them...a lot of crying going on.

When I was a kid, I never fucking ever cried. I had to be in enormous pain, or had to have my feelings shat and spit on and kicked in the nads before I broke a tear. That's what I taught myself, and it worked great for years and years. I experienced some brief loss of control right after birthing the World's Most Perfect Child, but I wrestled that back under quickly.

So, here I am, elderly I guess, blaming this constant disgusting waterfall on hormones and my dodgy mental health (probably also the fault of menopause which lasts waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay longer than anyone will admit, lying motherfuckers. Put that lie right up there with 'oh, yeah, childbirth is kinda rough but you forget about the pain like, five minutes after the baby comes out. LIES. You will NEVER forget it.). But here's the thing: I really don't mind.

Yeah, right? I don't mind the random crying, the watching Walking Dead and bawling my eyes out (any random ep) or sniveling for DAYS after Show kicked my ass and laughed in my face. I kind of like it, actually. It's scary to the Fam, but they'll get used to it, just like they got used to me all over again after I stopped taking Paxil, lo these many years gone by. That was pretty funny, by the way.

So, crying is good, old age is not so good but it could be worse, and I should probably be writing something. *ah-hem*

If you got this far, what should I be working on? 'cause if you don’t help me out here, there'll just be more posts like this one.

How about just post demonized Dean having to deal with still slightly traumatized Sam and Cas tripping over themselves trying to make sure Dean's okay. "I mean, the waiting on hand and foot was kind of fun the first day or so but, come on, Sam! I'm a grown ass man!" :)
