Christmas, yay!

BG was home for the weekend, very nice for me, and we caught up on TV shows. She was kind enough to fall asleep on me watching SpN. And speaking of SpN, so far this season is fantastic. I'm enjoying it very much! Love my Show!

We have a tiny little tree this year, no more than 3 ft or so, and we decorated it with the same amount of ornaments that we usually put on a five foot tree. It's...festive. Ha! :D It's bristling with ornaments, lol!




I'm not sure if BG meant this to be a pic of me or the tree. I'm blocking out the tree!! Dang...next year, I should just paint myself green and glue some candy canes on. Or lose some weight...HAHAHAHA!!! Woooo...*wipes eyes*

The tree is really cute though, with the added benefit of having been decorated in under two hours, lol!

It was a great visit, but now I'm schlepping around making the curtains flutter with all the heavy sighing. Woe is me!

You are just as pretty as your tree! I totally love that topper, it's outstanding, I'm still searching for my perfect one. I found all the rejected ones I've tried in the ornament boxes last week when I put our tree up.

It's a wonderful topper but sadly, only looks good from the front. The back is kind of...industrial. But it looks great if you angle your tree into a corner! Last year we had a huge tree and the topper looked a little lonely and sad, but this year on our mini tree, it looks totally happy and proud! ;D

We got the topper at Target last year--a desperation buy! I was a little 'meh' about it then, but this year it looks fantastic! Though it's almost the same size as the tree...LOL! A little excess worked perfectly. I'm usually all, "oh, it must be refined, and tasteful, and matching!"

PFFFFTT! From now on my main rule is it's gotta be fun! ;D
