I feel like that too, but in my case it's because I can't think of a single idea!!!
I have one story that I started years ago, and I want to finish that one, but my brain refuses to cooperate, so mostly I've just been writing one-shots as distraction :)
I have faith that yours will be amazing, as usual. That is, so long as you don't hurt the boys too terribly much.
Mine is just sitting there...waiting. I haven't had time to actually work on it, but it's simmering. I hope it doesn't all just steam away into vapor while I'm hacking and clearing a path to the...um, stove. Metaphors are failing, rather hilariously.
You go, though! I can't wait to see what you eventually settle on!
For some reason my head insisted on a slave fic. About 4000 words into it I realized I couldn't write it. But I *want* to, so bad!!! Still hacking away trying to figure it out. :)
And I am writing--I might just post what I have instead of trying to write a huge chunk of fic. I'm working on it tonight, because you poked me--thanks! :D
3701 words so far--going to do some major fluffing this week. It needs flavor. But, I've got the bones at least, so we're doing pretty good, I think! :)
I guess you decided to try the snapshots idea.....yes ?
BTW, kiddo..............TNT network is running a marathon of the funny SPN episodes from 1pm - 8pm on Wednesday then 4 hrs of Grimm then 2 more funny ones midnight to 2am. Just in case you need a bit of silliness....... :)
So, here's where we are.
