Stopping by to leave another rec because I can't help myself. It just posted today, so it's probably safe to assume you haven't read it: The Time Traveler's Brother. It's got Sam/Dean goodness, timetravel, a canon-retelling that is intricate and believable, bamfy!protective!sam, awesome!dean - I loved every minute of it. And it's long enough to really sink your teeth into, too.
