Awwwww! The season is almost over and we'll have to wait a whole year for more summer xmas!

On the whole, it was a pretty good season, taking all things into consideration. I was disapointed that a few folks I'd hoped to see again were not here, thrilled to see the folks I wait for all year.

I left most of my comments on LJ because I like leaving comments here better than AO3. It's more intimate, which is goofy because it's not true, just feels like it. I felt no embarrassment about going on and on if I liked a story--ha! I'm improving. :D Plus, at this point, when folks see my name, they know I'm about to flail some on their page, right?

New folks--good job for finishing a tough challenge, keep writing, find a tough beta. Unless you're like me, then just lurk around looking sad until some one is willing to help you *and* cater to your doughy soft interior. Remember, whenever you write something so beautiful it just makes your heart soar and is guaranteed to make the reader burst into tears of joy, it's probably crap. I'm not kidding.

Folks who have been writing forever, thank you for showing us how it's done. I'll be stealing shit from you studying how you do it in a bid to be better myself, for as long as I write.

wendy, a million thanks for all you do to keep this challenge going. You're a champion, and also, an incredibly nice--and I can swear to this-- *patient* person.
