I was watching Walking Dead earlier and a scene made me scream my brains out and cry, like, totally, completely--screaming, crying, snot and tears and gasping for breath. He came running out of the back room, and even after he found out why I was crying, hugged me and rubbed my head and kissed me all over--assured me that I wasn't an idiot and I had a right to be sad.

How the fuck did I get so lucky?

Popping in because of supernutjapan telling me you were upset about the ep and I have almost no WD fans on my f'list to commiserate with, so um, hi? *waves*

There's nothing wrong with your reaction. I LOVE GLENN. Unfortunately I was spoiled for it, and I started crying during the first few minutes of the episode. When Glenn called Rick a dumbass like he did when he rescued him from the tank, I completely lost it.

This was right up there with Hershel for me. Still not over that one either. And poor Maggie, she's lost everyone now.

HI!!!!!
*WAVES BACK*

Yes, I'm a fan--not on par with my kid, who lives and breathes it, but I'd say I was pretty wrapped up in it!

Yes, I'm still PISSED and mourning Hershel--that was a heartbreaker! They killed so many folks I got fond of that I thought 'that's it, they can't kill anymore, certainly they're not going to kill their core characters.'

Yeah, right.

And yeah, we're all mourning for Maggie...who has she got now? I'm afraid to see what's going to happen.

Come talk to me next week! :D

Hee, I talk to myself on my LJ about it all the time and post lots of vid recs. I wouldn't say I live and breathe it, but I do love it very much, almost as much as SPN. I posted a Glenn tribute vid rec yesterday *sighs*

I'm still hoping he isn't really dead, but I've thought for a long time that the Glenn/Maggie thing was doomed. And from a story standpoint it just makes sense he'd be the one to go so we get to see her try to recover from losing her entire family and him. But it still hurts, a lot :(

I expect we're going to lose several more people this season, but probably not anyone else as major as Glenn. I hope not anyway. I don't think my blood pressure can take it.

Yay! Someone to talk to about it! I will be back next week :)
