So, what's up with the DJ Sam poster again? Is there a DJ Sam? I spent a lot of time this ep staring at the background.

Also, unpopular opinion maybe, but I really liked the heaven bits, and Casifer worked really well with the peptalk/threatening stuff.

Was that poster in the most recent ep? DJ Sam poster is originally from 6x01. It was a ~hint~ that Sam was back from the Cage before Dean found out. They probably just brought it out because they had it in props and thought it would be funny to give it another whirl.

Yeah, I remember the original poster. In this ep, it seemed so random that it really stuck out for me. I guess it was just a joke--made me laugh, anyway. :D

I thought Misha did a good job, too. I like him as Lucifer better than Mark, heh. (I don't much care for Lucifer/Mark at all....)

They used a poster featuring a DJ Sam in season 6, the premiere ep. It just caught my eye and I wondered why. Found this cartoon and it was too funny to pass up! :D

I loved the whole heaven sequence. I did like Mark's Lucifer, in small doses. SpN Lucifer as a whole is best in small doses.

It was not the best one this season, but it had bits that were great. This ep had a couple of hard acts to follow coming in, it was a bit too full of stuff, but it wasn't so bad that it called for flouncing off, you know?

Not unpopular with me! I love Misha's Lucifer and especially loved him straddling the lap of the hottest angel: Phwoar!

The one bit that didn't work was no one seeming surprised by Rowena suddenly being back from the dead - did they cut out a scene there?

The part with Rowena should have had a lot more weight to it, yes. It felt choppy and too compressed. That quickly blabbed explanation was pretty badly written. Though given the speed of the reveal, I can't imagine how it could have been done better.

As many times as people have come back on the Winchesters, them not turning a hair at Rowena being alive seemed reasonable, especially as they only had Crowley's word that she was dead in the first place. The thing that bugged me was that they recycled the Miracle Weapon Fails thing from when they went after Lucifer with the Colt. I mean, yes, it's fun seeing that turned around on Lucifer, and realistically it's too early in the season to beat The Darkness, but still.
