Well, I'm pretty sure Nerodi got all of them.
Except cjandre did a pegboy AU called "On Opiate Seas" with Clark cast as the unfortunate enslaved "Favour". I think I linked you to it when you first asked about PBC when i posted my picture eons ago. She posted a sequel a month or so ago, too. I'm pretty sure both are in her journal.
