I was blissfully unaware of Katy Perry until a few days ago, and now, I hate her and her candy covered dress with a fiery hate that is only surpassed by the searing pain in my fingertips which I have burned with hot glue over and over, to the point where sympathetic looks have changed into "omg, how are you so stupid?" looks. If my niece (the one with a Katy Perry loving child) ever doubts my love, I will kick her ass, and then cover her with little plastic cupcakes. Which I will hot glue to her.

That sounds totally fair to me. :-D

HAHAHA. Okay, I thought you were just 'having fun' hotgluegunning but now I realize it's for Halloween. Okay. Makes more sense now. Was worried there's a new cupcake dress trend.

Violence shouldn't be this funny but it is.

What is she singing about?

I don't know. Cupcakes? Blue hair? Too bright for my blood, that's for sure.

Ringo? Like, octopuses garden Ringo?

Hee! Well, cos you said you had blisters on your fingers, and that's what he screamed out when they were recording "Helter Skelter," and you were quoting him, right? *scratches head*

And anyway, you'll really always be Snuggles to me! XD

*pat pat* There, there, hon! I read that that's a common mistake. It's John who evidently asked what was up, to which Ringo replied with the classic "blisters" line. It was after finishing the 18th take of the song, after all. Can't help but sympathize with the guy. :/

Is the "little" because you're trying to be sneaky or because of those blisters on your fingers. AND: SNAP! Full-circle comeback! HA! *pats self on back*

XD Ringo-Snuggles. Has a nice ring to it!

Um. Do they want to be Katy Perry?
I am so *very* not 'hip'. I just wear my neat beaded black dress with the nude sheath under that, shockingly, makes me actually look *naked*. It startles people, heh. And my big witches hat.

Here, have some more funsexytimes.

What???? Sam/Gabriel is icky madness, not to mention ugly!!!! Sam/Cas is full of angsty goodness, and not bad-looking to boot! I've read wonderful Sam/Cas stories! Of course, Dean is always kind of the center around which they gravitate but still—good, I tell you!

I read a wonderful human AU with Sam and Cas, and from there it kind of snowballed. But you know me, I like my men tall, dark, and suffering horribly deep in their souls. :)

S/G is *very* icky madness, my goodness. Sam/Cas is just...wrong. Castiel is wary of Sam, and he hurt Sam's feelings. I mean....Cas loves Dean! It's so obvious.
:)

I've read some good threesome fics, though. :) Soul-suffering not required.
*snerk*

My last Dean/Cas vid.... This one's angsty, just for you!

I'm sorry to hear that... it's a terrible thing being related to someone with such dubious musical taste. I suggest introducing her to Rob Zombie

I'm pretty much ignoring the prompts in favor of writing very pornographic, dirty-graphic femmeslash, so that's all right. :D

I actually like Katy Perry's music but I would NOT want to try to make any of her costumes at all. Only people with the money to pay dressmakers and look cute (like she does) should attempt it. You're an amazing aunt for doing it, though, Roxy.

Her music reminds me a lot of the music of the fifties and sixties actually.

AWWWWWWW!!!!!! Look at you, using the seizure inducing icon!! *HUGHUG* That gave me a happy moment! I needed it too--this costume is testing the limits of my not very deep well of creative ability. I'm counting on her young age to cloud her perceptions, lol!!!

Not that I would have any experience with this, but when hot gluing it's a good idea to keep a bowl of cool water large enough to dunk an arm in nearby. This relieves the pain ASAP and keeps you from ripping out an 1/8" of skin pulling the hot glue off - not that I would know or anything. *traumatized*

I *just* sat down after roasting a huge portion of my index finger--this time I bypassed hurting myself with the glue and went right to applying the ungodly hellishly hot metal portion of the gun right to my flesh.

Good news? My lungs work just fine but I might have strained my voicebox some. I use my Dean facepalm icon because I don't have one where he's screaming his face off....

I used to use the high temp professionally and the water will drop the temp immediately, ice water is great if feasible. I have a scar on my forearm where I laid it onto the gun and then immediately proceeded to pull the hot glue off. Not wise. :(
