I watched the episode and I made a long list of notes, things I wanted to talk about, but ya'll pretty much covered it so I'm just going to ramble here.

So because what I say might be spoilery, let me shove my little thoughts ratchere: All the bits between Lex and Pop were too good! Those guys, I swear they must love working with each other. MR looks most natural and sounds most natural when he's acting against JG--every move, every twitch and smirk is a delight...."So, now you're the messiah?" OMG! Died! And did he not look fabulous--the both of them, actually. *happysigh*!

Oh. Yeah. That other stuff that happened on the Lex And Dad Show...

I enjoy Kal face as much as the next girl but ...enh. Being wild and uninhibited makes you rent the tackiest room from hell in an Elvis haunted hotel? Okaaaay.I must say, up until that point I was all "so where the fuck is this ooh and aah and they’re so hot together” stuff everyone’s been going on about--god damn!!! There it was,, in the tacky Elvis room! Yes, it was HOT with steam and all and that little chair move, hoke smokes...I wore a hole in the tape *blush* Yes, very hot, very hot. Say, why does virginal Clark make out by hovering over the girl? There’s like, no actual groin touchage…hmmm.

Yo, Jamie bitch, smile once in a while, he can't be saving all that stuff for the screen, day-umn!

And that ladies, is what the show brought to me—Lex, mmmmm, Kal-in-a-chair, mmmmm. Alicia is okay with me, she won me over with the giggling when KalClark used his superspeed to jump on her. (and my mind instantly saw Lex there, getting just the same little rush and giggle out of it) She gets a kick out of his powers in a way neither Chloe or Lana would, or could. I think it's sweet and makes her lovable. I guess I kind of like her a bit, amoral little hussy that she is.

Also, Martha. I thought Martha was really doing the mommy thing, and I think she did it right. ‘Cause if he was my kid, I’d of kicked his ass. On the other hand, I really get what Clark’s saying too, poor little thing. It’s so fucking hard to pretend all the time, it’s a great relief to let it go once in a while, and to be with someone who seems to accept you and all your little “things” That relief can really feel like love.

Not bad SV, not bad! I’ll just pretend everything else didn’t happen.

Speaking of the Tackiest Hotel Room in All The World (it goes with the Tackiest Necklace in the World) did you happen to notice the huge ceramic white tiger and panther statues in the middle of the room?

Then there was much almost sex going on and I forgot about the blinding red color and focused on horny kids.

You know Lex would get a thrill out of Clark using his powers during sex!
