So, I finally caught up with Danny In Therapy.

It's right here, it's by out_there.

It's a brilliant WIP, and it's Sports Night, and it hurt like a motherfucker. I'm still all snotty nosed and tearfaced. I wish I had Danny's balls, I tell you. It's a great story, ya'll need to check it out. Really. Even if you don't know SN, it doesn't matter, the writing is so crisp and tight, you'll love it for that. Her characters are true to the show--that's who they are, that's how they speak, that's how they think. IMO. And it's my house so that's all that matters.

Yer mother's got to wash her face and make a fresh cup of coffee, this emotional stom she's been in all morning---it's wearing on a delicate creature of a certain age, y'know?

It's the story of this character's personal journey through therapy, the truths he's made to face about himself and the people around him, dealing with the assumptions he's alway made about family and friends, how they've formed his life and how they might not be the truth he always thought they were. I don't think she minds if you friend her, I lurked a long time before finally working up the nerve and she friended me back. She's a very nice person, very kind to visitors.
