EKKK!!! I know how you feel. My husband took our deck down 3 weeks ago Just to discover that if he hadn't one day soon we might have plummeted many feet . All the bottom boards where completely rotted. He had some one come to investigate the rest of the house and it was pretty bad all around. The result is now very expensive very load repairs. But my house is starting to look prettier by the day. So try Not to be too down about it. Just find someone CHEEP! That knows what they are doing. And see how much your home insurance is willing to fork up.
