I'm going to go see Harry Potter! *dances about like a loon!* I don't know why I'm so excited, but I am. Baby and Niece and I are going, so it should be a lot of fun. And Niece wears slash- colored glasses so, heh, even more fun!

I watched 'Master and Commander' with Mr. Roxy, and I must say,it was visually stunning, and very well acted, and I discovered that sea dramas leave me cold.Nice snuggling with Mr. Roxy though...

Oh, but!
The ships!
The creak of the wood and the rigging, the howl of the wind!
The roll, roll, roll of the sea all around!
The SAILORS, woman, good gods, Billy Boyd! Onna ship!

I lurve sailing movies, sailing books... The Horatio Hornblower books/movies. Captains Courageous. Master and Commander, Capt. Blood - all of it!
It's all wonderful.
:)
And hey, M&C is kinda slashy. :)
Snuggles are nice too, though.

Oh, I hear tell of the slashiness of M&C, but you know, all that salt water...I did like the parts that dealt with the Dr.- I felt so bad for the poor guy, never realizing hi dream completely- oh! See! Now you've got me talking about a movie I didn't think that much about...
I was always more for tales of the Congo, or cowboy stories.Never really thought about the sea, except in that 'where does my lobster come from' sense...
