Mmmm. Say what you will about Lex being without scruples, if I were surrounded by people like *that* I might also decide to cuff them and make a few personal inquiries.

I still say sexual frustration is what makes him evol. *pets Lex sadly* No luck with girls, they keep trying to kill him. No luck with Clark, he's become the ol' superpowered ball and chain. So if Lex wants to chain up a few people and ask some questions, I say go for it.
