Is it wrong to bug people to make them write? There are a hundred stories that I want moremoremore of, but they're not being written, being updated...sigh. Or, so slowly as to seem glacier-like. *poutpout* And if anyone thinks I'm talking about them--well, I point no fingers, I just hope the free-floating guilt makes every one of you update.

What about when a fandom dies quietly and no one writes it and you want MOOOORE!! But there's no one to write more. That's so painfully sad. Like falling in love with the idea of something (like *sniff* Brimstone) and finding lots of folks have written...one. Just one story. And it's just not enough. And the show wasn't on long enough to rate DVD's or be re-run on the sci-fi channel so you can't even write it yourself....waaaah!

Oh, pardon me for a moment whilst I pull myself together...there, that's better.

Beloveds, if ever you want me to work on something you miss, feel free to pelt me with reminders. That way I know someone besides me is interested. Lack of hoo-haa won't ever *stop* me from writing something--mind you, once my little brain gets an idea, it chew it to bits before letting go. It's just nice, that pat on the back. Feels all warm and bubbly-like.

No matter what they say, Everybody Wants The Hoo-Haa.

Go forth and heap hoo-haa high on your favorite writers. Now!!
I'll wait.

What--you're still here? Go!

I've given up asking/pleading with Author's to write more of their WIPs, as I either get no reply or a whole lot of atitude (which I can do with out) :(

I sometimes think of the whole world from my viewpoint, and that's wrong. I know that it can be annoying to some people. I, however, find it insanely flattering, but I tend to be an attention hoor, so we must bear that in mind. *nods*

I'm sorry you had bad experiences. *hug*

ahhh thank you for the sweetness *hugs back*

Not everyone is bad and I appreciate authors like you are flattered by our fan gushes or who endeavour to write back (politely) to explain the reasons why they have stopped writing.

One bad experience that sticks to mind is when I sent a post to an author enquiring about the next installment and how soon would she be posting (as she hadn't posted in about 6 months). Instead of responding to my post she made a whole hooha on her lj about people who think she is here to write for their entertainment and churn out fics, I was like where the hell did that come from, sister needs to take a chill pill and should be flattered/enamoured that people are reading her fics, are still interested after six months of hiatus, courtsey goes a long way (personally I think she needed a scape goat for whatever issues she was going through)
